Redevco Sweden has purchased a retail warehouse in Lund from Swedish real estate company Ikano Fastigheter for an undisclosed amount. The property, which is fully let, is located in the Nova Lund retail park, and provides about 3,200 m[sup]2[/sup] of retail. It was constructed in 2005 and is let to Överskottsbolaget on a long lease, Redevco said in a press release.

The company is active in 20 European countries and develops and manages a portfolio of over 1,000 properties, with an estimated value of circa EUR 6.8 bn.
