Redevco United Kingdom has purchased the freehold investment of a prime retail unit at 48 Coney Street/8-10 Market Street in York for £8.8 mln (EUR 9.7 mln).
The York property was purchased from County Properties Group and comprises 3,100 m2 of retail space on ground and first floors and is let to TK Maxx on a 15-year lease. Coney Street is one of the main shopping streets in York.
Redevco was represented by CBRE and County Properties Group by Wright & Partners.
