Redefine International (RDI), a South-African backed REIT focused on UK real estate and German retail assets, has appointed Liz Peace as an independent non-executive director, with effect from 21 November 2017.

Peace, aged 65, has over 40 years’ experience working across both the public and private UK real estate sectors. She spent 13 years as CEO of the British Property Federation, the body that represents the interests of the commercial property industry in the UK. More recently she was appointed to the board of RPS Group, and has previously been a director of Redrow and Morgan Sindall.
She also currently acts as chairman of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation.
‘Liz’s wealth of relevant experience and entrenchment into multiple facets of the real estate sector will further strengthen the expertise of the RDI Board and we expect her insight to be of considerable benefit to the company as it enters an exciting period of growth and transition,’ said RDI’s chairman Greg Clarke.
RDI owns properties independently valued at £1.5 bn in the UK and Germany. Last week the company announced plans to rebrand as RDI REIT, short for Real Estate Diversified Income REIT, from next month.
