Southeastern European developer RED Capital Management has appointed Radu Niculescu as general manager of Red Building Management Services. Niculescu will be responsible for all aspects of the asset management of RED's shopping centres, business parks, logistics centres and residential properties.
Southeastern European developer RED Capital Management has appointed Radu Niculescu as general manager of Red Building Management Services. Niculescu will be responsible for all aspects of the asset management of RED's shopping centres, business parks, logistics centres and residential properties.
RED currently has a shopping centre in the Romanian city of Braila with three openings in 2010 and another 10 to 12 projects set to open over the next three years. RED has a EUR 1 bn development portfolio in Romania comprising retail, business parks and industrial projects.
Niculescu was previously the Romania Country Manager for Cegis, a French company that manages 70 shopping centres throughout Europe and 12 centres in Romania.
He was recently nominated as one of the best managers in the annual 100 Best Managers in Romania competition organised by Romanian publication Business Magazine. Prior to Cegis, Niculescu spent five years with ProTV, the US television station which is part of the CBS Group. He was manager of the company in charge of operations.
