German real estate investment firm Reatis has joined the property consulting network NAI apollo as new investment cooperation partner. NAI apollo is the exclusive German partner of NAI, the largest global network of owner-operated real estate services companies.

NAI apollo said the cooperation with Reatis centred on commercial investment activities throughout Germany. The focus will be on the support of substantial private clients in terms of real estate businesses, the mediation of real estates to institutional investors as well as the consultation with the strategic alignment of real estate assets. Reatis will now operate under the name NAI apollo.

The link-up comes as NAI apollo anticipates an uptick in the German market. 'We anticipate a total investment volume of EUR 9.5-10 bn for the year 2009,' said Axel König MRICS, CEO NAI apollo. 'We can clearly see that an increasing number of investors are dealing in real estate, for which reason revitalized activities may be estimated for 2010. In this light, we are preparing to team up with colleagues and partners.'

Achim Klein MRICS, director and owner of Reatis, has been operating in the real estate business for 20 years. For several years he was responsible for the support of wealthy private clients in terms of real estate businesses as director in private banking of the Deutsche Bank and the UBS Deutschland.
