Realty Brussels attracted 5,300 visitors during the three-day real estate trade fair last week, almost 10% more than the 4,900 visitors in 2011. There was also a doubling in the number of international investors while about 100 retailers attended the last day on 24 May.

The fourth edition of Belgium's largest real estate trade fair took place at the Tour & Taxis between 22 and 24 May.
The organisers of Realty singled out PropertyEU's European Real Estate Policy & Investment Forum as one of the key draws for visitors and international press attention this year. The forum, held in collaboration with Realty, included a session on European regulations and an investment briefing on the Benelux markets. Brussels mayor Freddy Thielemans gave the opening address.
Realty Brussels included a further 50 receptions at exhibitors' stands and in-depth seminars, lunches and walking tours.
The fifth edition of Realty Brussels takes place from 28 to 30 May 2013.
