US logistics specialist Realterm has acquired a a 14,738 m2 highly functional cross-dock facility located at Bremheidelaan 10, Turnhout, Belgium.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The property is located in a strategic pan-European freight corridor connecting northern French ports and Belgian ports with the North Rhine-Westphalia metropolitan area in Germany. Situated on a 30,429 m2 land plot, it has 45 loading positions and enjoys access to the E34 highway and N19 motorway.
According to Realterm, the submarket is suitable to serve last mile operations into the greater Antwerp and northern Belgium areas, as well as transload operations into the Netherlands and Germany.
