Realkapital Partners has launched a EUR 100 mln Nordic Recovery Fund to capitalise on secondary market mispricing for real estate debt and equity. The fund, with a life of five years and a Core+/Value-added profile, will seek to provide investors with an Internal Rate of Return of 20%. The vehicle, with a size of EUR 100 mln, will be structured as a Luxembourg FCP-SIF vehicle and will target investment in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

Realkapital expects that the region will experience a stable recovery in the next few years though certain markets and sectors will have 'substantial challenges in the short term.'

'Regardless of the strength in fundamentals, the secondary markets have pulled down prices on high quality assets,' the company said, adding that high-quality credit is trading at yields not seen since the 1930s.

Realkapital Partners is the private equity fund of Norden Capital Partners.
