Turin-headquartered Reale Immobili, part of the Reale Mutua Group, has acquired an office property in Rome from global real estate investment manager BentallGreenOak.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Torri Moretti is a 6,000 m2 office building laid out over six storeys, located in Rome’s Piazzale Flaminio, on the fringes of the historical centre.
BentallGreenOak said it sold 100% of the units of the GO Italia IV Fund, which owns Torri Moretti, to Reale Immobili.
The asset is considered a modern architectural landmark and is partially let to the leading Italian banking group, Banco BPM.
BentallGreenOak commented that it continues to grow its position in the Italian commercial real estate market with several other active funds and plans for more activity in the future.
Kervis Asset Management advised the seller. GO Italia IV was managed by DeA capital SGR.
