Mega Mall, a new 24,000 m2 shopping centre developed and owned by Austrian company Real4You, opened its doors last week in the capital city of Sofia.
The centre, located in the western Lyulin district of the city, is home to 100 shops, restaurants and cafés on a leasable area of 24,000 m2 as well as 500 parking spaces. It is managed by the Bulgarian arm of German retail specialist ECE.
Major tenants include fashion outlets Reserved, Cropp, House, and Mohito, sport retailer Sport Visi as well as toy retailer Hippoland and the Billa supermarket chain.
Hamburg-based ECE took over the leasing of the centre in 2012 from Raiffeisen Real Estate Bulgaria.
ECE developed and also manages the Serdika Center in Sofia, which opened in 2010.
