Like the earlier funds, BGV IV has been conceived with a broadly diversified real estate portfolio. The focus of the investment is on core real estate, offices and retail premises located in European metropolises and surrounding areas.
Real I.S. is continuing the roll-out of its BGV-Fund series for institutional investors with the imminent market launch of the fourth fund in sequence. Like the earlier funds, BGV IV has been conceived with a broadly diversified real estate portfolio. The focus of the investment is on core real estate, offices and retail premises located in European metropolises and surrounding areas.
'The target countries are Germany, France and the Benelux, which means investments solely in the Eurozone,' said board member Jochen Schenk. 'We are already in the process of assessing initial investments in Brussels, Paris and Düsseldorf and can therefore count on a speedy call for capital.'
The total investment volume is EUR 500 mln. The ratio of own equity/financed capital is approximately 50%. Interested investors can participate with a minimum investment of EUR 5 mln. Investors with a commitment of EUR 15 mln and above may have a seat in the investment commission of the fund organisation. The targeted annual distribution is 6% before tax.
