German investor Real I.S. has acquired an office property in Amsterdam for a total of EUR 67 mln. In a statement on Thursday, the Munich-based asset management firm said the building is earmarked for its institutional fund, BGV Bayerische Grundvermögen III SICAV FIS. The seller is Dutch private investor White Estate Investment.

The seller is Dutch private investor White Estate Investment.
The building offers a lettable area of 18,000 m2 and is 95%-let to the Dutch securities market regulator AFM - Autoriteit Financiele Markten. The property also provides 181 parking spaces. This is the fourth property acquired by the fund which previously invested in the cities of London, Ottawa and Madrid.
