The 20,000-m2 office building was designed by architect Renzo Piano and is occupied on a long-term lease by Dutch telecoms group KPN.
Property adviser Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten and law firm Houthoff Buruma. advised the vendor Savills and law firm Loyens & Loeff acted for Real IS.
