RE Capital has instructed advisor Savills to sell the Ruby Stella Hotel in central London with a guide price of around £50 mln (€60 mln).

Located on Eyre Street Hill, the Ruby Stella Hotel opened its doors in November 2024 and offers 153 bedrooms and ground-floor communal space, including a restaurant, bar, and courtyard terrace. The development has a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and an EPC rating of A6.
