Royal Bank of Scotland has sold Main Airport Center in Frankfurt to a US investment fund for a reported €155 mln.

Co-investor Finch Properties will asset-manage the 11-storey building, which spans 54,000 m2 of lettable space with tenants including Lufthansa and Dell. The property also contains 1,500 underground parking spaces.

The deal is the latest in a series of high-value disposals by the mostly state-owned bank, which in December announced the sale of Ulster Bank’s Aran portfolio of Irish property loans, valued at around €1 bn, and the former Risanamento office portfolio in Italy for a guide price of €100 mln.

Market analysts estimated the value of the Main Airport Center transaction at €155 mln, according to Thomas Daily.
