AIM-listed warehouse investor Raven Russia has confirmed the appointment of Colin Andrew Smith as executive director and chief operating officer. The move was originally signalled at end-July as part of the internalisation of Raven Russia's property management company.

AIM-listed warehouse investor Raven Russia has confirmed the appointment of Colin Andrew Smith as executive director and chief operating officer. The move was originally signalled at end-July as part of the internalisation of Raven Russia's property management company.

Smith, 39, is a Guernsey resident and has been a senior executive at Raven Russia for a year. Prior to joining the company, he was a director in the audit and assurance division of the chartered accountant practice of BDO in Guernsey. He was with BDO since 1994, having qualified as a chartered accountant with Stoy Hayward's Glasgow office. He is also a non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee of Tethys Petroleum Limited and a non-executive director of the Da Vinci CIS Private Sector Growth fund Limited.
