Redport Capital and Mobexpert of Romania have revealed details of a €150 mln investment in a large-scale residential project, called Infinity Nord.

Infinity Nord is to be one of the largest residential developments in the north of Bucharest.

Design International, the London-based architect, has drawn up the plans.

The new development is in the Strauleti area, and covers 44,000 m2, with a total buildable area of 125,000 m2. The four phases of the project will comprise a total of 1,250 apartments, retail spaces, medical and educational facilities, as well as 1,500 parking spaces.

Total investment is estimated at €150 mln.
