Developer Quintain Ireland has made two appointments to its senior team, as part of its growth strategy for Ireland.
Clare Holohan joins as senior development manager from Duff & Phelps, where she was director for Real estate advisory. Bringing more than 15 years’ experience to the role, Holohan was previously senior asset manager at Harcourt Developments.
Sharon Van Sinderen joins as senior counsel and joins from Tuath Housing Association, where she was senior solicitor. Van Sinderen has previously held roles with NAMA and Mason Hayes & Curran.
Welcoming the new hires, Eddie Byrne, managing partner of Quintain Ireland, said: 'We’re very pleased to welcome our new hires to Quintain Ireland, at a time which we are making significant progress on our plans to deliver over 9,000 new homes in Ireland. Sharon and Claire bring significant in-house legal and development management expertise to the team.'
Quintain is the developer of the new Wembley Park neighbourhood in London and the third largest residential developer in Ireland. It currently has a pipeline comprising 9,000 residential properties across 460 acres in the republic.
The company launched in Ireland last year and is currently developing residential and commercial space in and around the capital city, Dublin.
