Quintain Estates & Development has received the green light to develop a 10-storey mixed-use property at its Wembley regeneration project. The 57,000 m[sup]2[/sup] project, valued at £230 mln, will include a 441-bed Hilton hotel, a student hall of residence, five housing units and around 8,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of retail space.
Quintain Estates & Development has received the green light to develop a 10-storey mixed-use property at its Wembley regeneration project. The 57,000 m2 project, valued at £230 mln, will include a 441-bed Hilton hotel, a student hall of residence, five housing units and around 8,000 m2 of retail space.
The hotel was designed by The Manser Practice, while the student accommodation was designed by PRP Architects and the retail facilities by Leslie Jones. Construction is expected to start this year and run to the summer of 2010.
