London-based property developer Quintain has signed a new theatre venture to its £3 bn (€3.43 bn) Wembley Park regeneration project.
Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre will take over the former Fountain Studios space and is scheduled to open in autumn 2018, operated by Troubadour Theatres.

The theatre will seat 1,000-2,000 people in a flexible space. Troubadour Theatres plans to deliver a programme of over 200 shows per year, providing an arena for emerging productions as well as world-famous entertainment. It is expected to draw between 200,000 and 360,000 visitors a year.
In addition to the new theatre, the 85 acre Wembley Park regeneration is creating 500,000 ft2 (46,450 m2) of retail and leisure, including 240,000 ft2 of new space, a London Designer Outlet, 27 affordable artist studios, 7,000 new homes, new offices, and London’s largest Boxpark which opens in autumn 2018.
