Irish investor Quinlan Private has acquired the 'Atrium' office building in Amsterdam from Tishman Speyer. Reliable sources claim the purchase price amounted to EUR 200 mln. The Atrium is located on the premier Central Business District of the Netherlands, called 'Zuidas', and has a floor surface of approximately 32,000 m². The property is completely let with tenants including Optiver, Greenberg Traurig, Jones Lang Lasalle, Cushman & Wakefield, Yacht Tata and Egon Zehnder.

Tishman Speyer acquired the Atrium in 2004 and renovated it in 2005-2006. The company is a worldwide leading developer and investor in first-class real estate. Quinlan Private is an Irish private equity real estate company and manages a diversified portfolio of assets. Its investments contain for instance luxury hotels, prime office buildings and retail properties.
