Queensgate launches EUR 600m Europe fund

Queensgate Investments, a new private equity real estate fund manager set up by Jason Kow, and LJ Investment Group, has announced the launch of a new fund with a spending power of £500 mln (EUR 600 mln) in the UK and Europe.
