German property company Quantum Immobilien has announced plans to develop around 350 residential units on the former Auto-Becker site in the Karolinger Höfe quarter of Dusseldorf-Bilk. The planned investment in the project is EUR 150 mln.

German property company Quantum Immobilien has announced plans to develop around 350 residential units on the former Auto-Becker site in the Karolinger Höfe quarter of Dusseldorf-Bilk. The planned investment in the project is EUR 150 mln.

In a statement, the company said it expects to start construction of the 36,000-m2 development in 2014, with completion planned for 2015-2016. Quantum bought the site in December 2011.

In total, the project will consist of about 350 residential units, 2,000 m2 of commercial space and approximately 400 parking spaces.
