European parking facilities provider Q-Park has announced the appointment of Wim Das as chief financial officer from 1 October.
Das has gained broad international financial experience with major blue-chip companies in the UK, US and the Netherlands including Novar, BBA Group, Philips Electronics and Hagemeyer. His areas of expertise include M&A transactions, refinancing schemes, profit improvement and free cash-flow generation.
Das has been CFO of Inalfa Roof Systems Group for the last five years, where his responsibilities included strategic planning, investment analysis, treasury and banking relationships, ICT and tax planning.
