International real estate developer Pylos has secured a 2,000 m2 pre-letting agreement with Volkswagen Group Services at the E-Lite office redevelopment project in Brussels.
Volkswagen's decision to move from IT Tower in the city to E-Lite signals the start of the second stage of the renovation work.
The leasing was managed by Office Space and Pylos accounts for 30% of the building's 7,000 m2 of leaseable area.
Pylos said the pre-let confirmed its strategy together with investor Fidentia Green Buildings to opt for sustainable redevelopment of the existing building.
E-Lite is located on Louizalaan in the Belgian capital and the investment volume of the project is EUR 25 mln. The project will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2013 and the aim is to attain a Breeam ‘Very Good’ certificate.
