PwC has appointed partner Craig Hughes as the new leader of its real estate practice.
Hughes joined PwC in September after 19 years with Ernst & Young and takes over as head of real estate from John Berriman, who has led the practice for the past two years.
Before joining PwC, Hughes worked with organisations including leading public companies, sovereign wealth funds, private equity houses, pension funds and corporate occupiers. His experience spans a wide range of services, including operational efficiency, cost reduction, regulation, buy and sell-side transaction support and strategic advice.
