Pan-European Urban Retail Fund (PURetail), a joint venture between Cushman and Wakefield Investors (CWI) and fund manager Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, has received €25 mln in equity from a Dutch fiduciary adviser.
Pan-European Urban Retail Fund (PURetail), a joint venture between Cushman and Wakefield Investors (CWI) and fund manager Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, has received €25 mln in equity from a Dutch fiduciary adviser.
The fund, which has eight assets worth around €140 mln in total, also recently bought a €13.4 mln, 4,100 m2 site in Cologne, and is open to investment until the end of Q2 2014.
‘We are looking to further boost the fund’s assets ahead of the fund placement closing in July’, said Jens Goettler, the fund’s asset manager at CWI.
