Puma's Olympia loan is a first for group

Puma Property Finance has provided a debt facility of £72 mln (€83 mln) to the joint venture between Olympian Homes and Housing Growth Partnership (HGP) in the UK to deliver a 790-bed Purpose Built Student Accommodation Scheme (PBSA) in Nottingham city centre.
