Leipzig-based publity has sold the highest building in Offenbach Germany, to Comer Group Europe, for an undisclosed sum.
The 140 metre-high office tower, dubbed City Tower, comprises 25,000 m2 of lettable space and was completed in 2003 to a design by Offenbach architects Novotny Mähner Assoziierte.
'The Offenbach office market has benefitted enormously from developments on the Frankfurt market during the ownership period. The sale decision took place at the right time and with a well-known international buyer,' commented Thomas Olek, CEO of publity.
The 33 storey building also has 197 parking spaces. Publity said it had managed to successfully attract new tenants during its 2.5 year-long ownership of the asset.
