While financial details were not disclosed, publity revealed it sold the building at a profit.

'The office complex in Eschborn is one of the most prominent properties in the office city. It is characterised in particular by its excellent location, building quality and flexibility in use. The profitable sale after just two years proves our successful asset management and the high demand even for large-volume properties,' said Thomas Olek, CEO of publity AG.

The building was built in 2002 on an 11,775 m2 plot, and has 23 floors and two wings, plus 906 parking spaces.

Publity acquired the property in 2015 and significantly improved its occupancy rate.

The law firm CMS Hasche Sigle and NAI apollo advised the vendor.
