Transaction volumes for the two assets were not disclosed.

In Hamburg, the firm acquired an 20,800 m2 office property in the Norderstedt district known as Campus Schutzenwall (pictured). Developed by Lufthansa, the main tenant is Lufthansa Industry Solutions. The asset includes 500 parking spaces and is currently 70% let.

'A top credit rating and well-known anchor tenants, long rental agreements, flexible floor plans for the office space and the site’s attractive appearance mean that we are confident that we will be able to attract additional tenants for this appealing property in the near future,' commented Thomas Olek, Publity AG’s CEO.

Publity has also purchased a 12,100 m2 commercial property in Gelsenkirchen, let to tenants including the City of Gelsenkirchen. In addition to office space, the 13-floor building also provides retail space on two levels.

'A large proportion of the property is let to the City of Gelsenkirchen, which has located its Job Integration Centre in this building and it intends to remain in the property over the long term. This office property is one of the most prominent buildings in the city,' said Olek.

CMS Hasche Sigle advised publity on legal matters for both transactions. Albrings + Müller was responsible for technical project organisation and preparing technical due diligence.
