Leipzig-based Publity has acquired an office property in Darmstadt for its publity Performance Fonds Nr. 6.
The almost fully-let 8,900 m2 asset, situated in Pallaswiesenstraße in Darmstadt, is occupied by multiple tenants, led by Intrum Justitia Europas, a provider of credit management services.
'Quality tenants and an ideal location in the Rhine-Main area are the highlights of the office building. The property is another good investment for our investors in the publity Performance Fonds Nr. 6,' said Frederik Mehlitz, CEO of Publity Performance.
Law firm CMS Hasche Sigle advised, while Albrings + Müller provided technical project organisation and due diligence.
