Coivisa, a subsidiary of Spanish property group Pryconsa, has acquired an office building in Madrid let to Spanish newspaper El Mundo for around EUR 20 mln. According to financial paper Cinco Dias, the building provides some 5,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space and 90 parking spaces. Until 2007, the building housed the headquarters of El Mundo but it is now used for carrying out the master program organised by the paper itself. The buyer and the seller were unrepresented.
