UK-based global real estate asset manager Prupim is opening new offices in Tokyo and Seoul, and has hired four professionals - with a total of 70 years of real estate experience - to expand its team in the region.
UK-based global real estate asset manager Prupim is opening new offices in Tokyo and Seoul, and has hired four professionals - with a total of 70 years of real estate experience - to expand its team in the region.
Katsuhiro Ishikawa has been appointed managing director to lead the Japanese business and will work to build relationships with Japanese institutional investors. Ishikawa has over 20 years of real estate experience within the Japanese market and has previously worked for Daiwa Securities, UBS and Goldman Sachs. He joins Prupim from Mori Building.
James MacKinnon has been appointed head of asset management for Prupim Singapore. He will also oversee the asset management of Prupim’s assets in the Asia-Pacific region. MacKinnon has over 20 years’ real estate experience including 11 years working across Asia. He joins Prupim from AIG Global Real Estate Asia.
Lyndon Lim has been named associate director in Singapore, responsible for the asset management of a number of assets within Prupim in Asia. The 20-year Asian real estate veteran previously worked for Lend Lease Retail.
In Seoul, Sanghyuk Lee has been appointed as associate director of the newly established office of PPIM Korea, a subsidiary of Prupim Singapore. He has 10 years’ experience in Korea’s real estate sector and was most recently a director at Savills, advising domestic and international institutional investors on asset management.
