The Paris team was set up 12 months ago and has now moved into new offices at 5 rue Royale. The team is responsible for identifying core investment opportunities in France, Germany, the Benelux and the Nordics as well as the operation of those assets.
Recent investment acquisitions in these countries have totalled €113.4 mln, bringing assets under management in Continental Europe to €848.9 mln.
Prupim has also appointed Thomas Kächele as associate director in Frankfurt.
Prupim is the real estate investment management arm of UK-based M&G Investments, and is changing its name in June to M&G Real Estate.
