Prupim, the real estate investment arm of financial services group Prudential, has acquired the Temple Circus Building in Bristol for £26 mln (EUR 32.5 mln).

Temple Circus is a 8,400 m2 Grade A new office building in the Temple Quarter of Bristol.

Chris Perkins, director of fund management at Prupim, commented: 'The purchase of the Temple Circus Building in Bristol represents a step forward in our strategy to increase exposure to regional offices.
