This year’s Provada fair in Amsterdam is boosting its international profile with a special forum which will host events for cross-border players.
The international forum will revolve around four investment briefings hosted by PropertyEU, focussing on Germany, the UK, the Netherlands and the European residential sector.
The briefings will take the now-familiar format whereby a panel of experts debates the investment opportunities and latest trends in a particular market for cross-border players.
They will provide interactive sessions in English with local market experts (full details on the panelists and how to register can be found here and linked below).
First-time international participants this year include German residential group Patrizia, Henderson Global Investors and Lothbury Investment Management. Although the Provada has traditionally been a largely domestic fair focussing on the Dutch market, it has also seen a fair German representation in recent years with players such as Deka Immobilien, IVG, KanAm Grund, and Wolbern Invest as well as cities such as Aachen and the Niederrhein region.
The Provada fair runs from 4-6 June at the RAI exhibition fair in Amsterdam. The organisers of the event say the number of exhibitors is up 50% this year, while visitor number are expected to exceed the 22,000 registered in 2012.
