The transactions involve two portfolios and a single-asset deal located mainly in Marne la Vallée, Saint Quentin and Yvelines, as well as in Rennes, Brest, Angers, Saint-Brieuc, northern France. Major tenants include American Pentel, technology group Thomson Multimedia, CERP, Sodexho and Score. 'Taking into account a vacancy rate slightly less than 30%, the yield after letting will be in the region of 10.65%,' said Proudreed's ceo Jean-Pierre Raynal.
