Well-informed sources told PropertyEU the UK REIT has hired CBRE to market the sale of the 80,000 m[sup]2[/sup] asset, which it bought in 2005 from Norwich Union for £156 mln (€184 mln). Hammerson owns the mall in a 50/50 JV with Aviva Investors.
