MIPIM, the world's leading property fair, and PropertyEU, the pan-European information source for the real estate sector, have joined forces to publish the first European City Review in September 2010. Entitled City Leaders, the publication will provide an overview of the leading cities in Europe in terms of investment locations, including real estate profiles and the views and visions of their leaders.

City Leaders is the result of a powerful combination: the independent research and high-quality journalism of PropertyEU plus the international network and unrivalled reach of MIPIM. Aside from hundreds of real estate profiles, this annual review of Europe’s top cities will contain interviews with city leaders from across the UK and the Continent: mayors, councillors and leading politicians.

Recent trends in urban development will also come under scrutiny. To highlight these, developments in selected cities outside Europe will be examined. European City Review 2010 aims to expand awareness of the business establishment climate of Europe's top cities and match leading locations with global investors.

City Leaders will be distributed to thousands of top decision-makers in the European real estate sector, including city officials, investors, developers, advisors and end-users. The list will be compiled on the basis of the extensive networks of both MIPIM and PropertyEU.

The publication also provides a platform to market players such as developers, consultants, advisers and investors to present their pan-European perspective. This annual print guide to Europe’s City Leaders will also be available on line.

MIPIM and PropertyEU invite you to join City Leaders 2010: participate in our research and editorial effort and highlight your city’s assets on a global platform.
