PropertyEU is putting the spotlight on how the changing regulatory environment will affect real estate during a special event at the Realty trade fair in Brussels later this month.

The 2nd Regulation and Investment Forum provides a meeting point for senior leaders in real estate and policy-makers to assess the impact of regulatory changes on the outlook for investment in European real estate, amid significant concerns about the latest BaFin proposals.

During the event on 29 May, Ad Buisman, European real estate leader at Ernst and Young, will give a presentation and answer questions on upcoming regulatory changes.

The event also includes a special focus on Benelux - the Benelux Investment Briefing - and the NEO Project, as an example of a city working successfully with investors.

An expert panel will provide an update on the Benelux markets, focused on the key sectors, valuations, locations, asset classes and top investment picks.

Spaces are limited so sign up here.
