In cooperation with Dutch real estate fair Provada, PropertyEU is introducing an international briefing and networking business lounge at the event in Amsterdam early next month.
'It will be there particularly to serve the international visitors coming to Provada, and we will have a three-day programme there from 2-4 June. We will be partnering with the ULI, with RICS, with both local cities and as well as the national Dutch government,' said Richard Betts, associate publisher and head of events at PropertyEU.
The conference programme will explore European residential investment, the differences and attractiveness of the UK versus Germany for Dutch and international investors, and the Dutch market for international investors.
ULI will give an overview of the mega-trends in European real estate and how cities can make themselves more attractive for international real estate investors.
RICS will examine the future of real estate in terms of the challenges and solutions for the real estate industry up to 2030.
