PropertyEU opens 2016 briefing programme with a look at logistics

A panel of five logistics experts will open PropertyEU's 2016 investment briefing programme in London on 9 February. Kevin Mofid, head of logistics research at Savills, starts the morning event with a presentation on the latest trends in the European logistics real estate industry.

The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion on which logistics markets and strategies are likely to perform best in the coming year.

The panellists are Logan Smith, head of Logistics - international investment group at BNP Paribas Real Estate; Ingo Spangenberg, director of industrial investment at Savills Immobilien in Germany; Ian Worboys, CEO of P3 Logistic Parks and Kristof Verstraeten, founder and managing director of Logistics Capital Partners.

The investment briefing takes place from 8am to 10.30am on Tuesday, 9 February at the Savills offices at 33 Margaret Street in London.
