PropertyEU's first investment briefing event examines whether Germany is really a safe haven for real estate investors or whether a new bubble is in the making.
DTZ Germany head Timo Tschammler will give the keynote address at the morning event in Amsterdam on 23 February.
The panel of German market experts includes Christoph Schumacher, board member at Union Investment; Jan-Baldem Mennicken, executive board member at Pramerica Real Estate International; Thomas Beyerle, head of CS and research at IVG and Tim Andreas Lasys, managing director at Catella Germany. The event will be moderated by PropertyEU Editor-in-Chief Judi Seebus.

The PropertyEU Investment Briefings programme was launched in mid-January 2012. The briefings are designed as a meeting point for senior leaders in real estate investment, development and finance to discuss the investment outlook in key cross-border real estate markets.
To coordinate the meetings, PropertyEU has formed an alliance with Richard Betts who assumed the position of associate publisher investment briefings. He is assisted by Thorsten Herbert, head of event sales.
