France's listed real estate sector has seen a new M&A wave in the past few months, marked by the Icade-Silic merger and the acquisition of Foncière Paris France.

Will the round of mergers and acquisitions continue in the coming months? What are the drivers of this consolidation drive?

PropertyEU will explore the outlook for the listed property sector in its France Investment Briefing to be held in London on 5 July (rescheduled from 21 June). The event is hosted by international law firm Squire Sanders at 7 Devonshire Square in London.
