Global industrial property specialist Prologis announced it has signed a total of 37,702 m[sup]2[/sup] of new lease agreements in strategic locations in the Netherlands so far in 2012.
Global industrial property specialist Prologis announced it has signed a total of 37,702 m2 of new lease agreements in strategic locations in the Netherlands so far in 2012.
In addition to the new contracts, several lease agreements were renewed totalling a further 127,374 m2.
'We see an increasing demand for logistics real estate in the market,' said Bram Verhoeven, vice president of Prologis Benelux.
With a portfolio of 1.2 million m2 distributed over 61 properties, Prologis is one of the leaders in the distribution centre market in the Benelux.
