Prologis Europe has announced several organisational changes to enable more streamlined portfolio management and to be better equipped to handle larger transactions.
With these changes Prologis is implementing a new organisational structure that involves bifurcating two key functions that were previously integrated: Operations and Capital Deployment. As such, Prologis has created new regional roles responsible for driving Operations within each region in Europe.
According to the company, the purpose of this restructuring is to support Prologis’ growth agenda and increase focus on increasing value from existing assets.
The new four regional Heads of Portfolio Operations, reporting directly to each of its European regions’ Regional Heads, are:
• Jessica Pilkes - North
• Cristian Oller - South
• Martin Balaz - Central
• Stuart Davies - UK
These new roles supersede the country manager role and need for joint positions.
