Industrial property giant Prologis has announced the appointments of new country managers for France and Italy.
Maïté Inglis has joined the company as vice-president and country manager for France, and Sandro Innocenti is the new vice-president and country manager for Italy.
Inglis and Innocenti will report to François Rispe, managing director and regional director for Prologis Southern Europe. They will manage the company's investment and operating activities in their respective markets.
Based in Paris and previously head of Gazeley France, Inglis has more than 15 years of industrial real estate experience and a strong background in development.
Based in Milan, Innocenti has more than 20 years of experience in European real estate markets and was managing director at Panattoni Italy. He also worked for Eurinpro, GSE and Parkridge.
Prologis owns and manages 14.3 million m2 of logistics and distribution space in Europe as of June 30, 2014. In southern Europe, the company owns and manages 185 logistics and distribution facilities totalling 4.5 million m2.
