Prologis, a global owner, operator and developer of logistics real estate, has signed long-term leases totalling 50,200 m2 at Prologis Park Tilburg in the Netherlands.

The park is now fully leased.

Ingram Micro, a computer and technology products supplier, renewed its existing lease covering 13,500 m2 and expanded by an additional 23,400 m2. An online retailer specialising in consumer electronics signed a new lease covering 13,300 m2.

'Despite the challenging economic environment, the reconfiguration of the European supply chain and the increasing popularity of e-commerce are driving demand for more modern, efficient and strategically located distribution facilities,' said Bram Verhoeven, vice president of Prologis Benelux.

Prologis Park Tilburg provides 173,400 m2 of distribution space, with development potential for up to an additional 100,000 m2. With easy access to the main ports, logistics corridors and regional hub cities in the Benelux, Prologis Park Tilburg is well positioned to meet current and emerging demand for logistics real estate.

Prologis has a portfolio of 1.2 million m2 spread over 62 buildings in the Benelux. Prologis was advised by Raimond Weenink Bedrijfsmakelaardij and CBRE.
