'Our customers in Europe remain focused on improving supply chain efficiencies, which drives the demand for functional, modern distribution space,' said Philip Dunne, Prologis European president.
A global logistics and freight services company will occupy 25,400 m2 at Prologis Park Venlo Building Three. The building is located in the city of Venlo, the Netherlands, near the intersection of the A67 and A73 motorways that connect Rotterdam to Dusseldorf and Arnhem/Nijmegen to Maastricht.
Archidoc, a leader in document management outsourcing solutions. The company will occupy 11,800 m2 at Prologis Park Chorzow Building Eight, located in Chorzow, Poland, near the A4 Motorway that connects Germany with the Ukraine.
Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska is a third-party logistics provider. One of Prologis' longstanding customers, the company will occupy 5,800 m2 at Prologis Park Chorzow Building Nine.
